The goal of our e-mail customer service team is to deliver the same quality service that you receive when you contact our call center by phone. If we are unable to handle an inquiry to your satisfaction, you may direct your issue to the office of GNG’s president, officeofthepresident@onlygng.com. Again, our office of the president will ONLY respond to issues that could not be resolved through our customer service e-mail.
